This lovely place is home to a soon-to-be-retired couple in the bay area. They have been wanting the kitchen of their dreams since they first moved to this house, 13 years ago!. With three beautiful daughters, one of them a graphic designer, they all wanted to have a much larger kitchen with plenty of counter space to prepare delicious meals all together. It was a really fun and thoughtful process trying to give everybody a little piece of heaven.

The beautiful picture frame above the range was designed by their designer daughter who wanted to represent the union of the family.

The result was an open plan kitchen with lots of storage and countertops to accommodate all women needs, correction, all family needs including the only man in the house which was thrilled to have his piece of heaven as well, yup you got it right, the bar area.
