This Northen California Spanish style home got major transformation to achieve a transitional look. The idea was to create a consistent look throughout the house incorporating more up-to-date elements to make the house feel welcoming and aesthetically pleasing.

The scope included the conversion of three bedrooms into two to allow for more room and a whole new en-suite bathroom in one of them.  Although it is hard to imagine, the arrow is pointing at the new access to the bathroom.
