The California Modern Transitional Home Whole remodel was done y three phases. The initial phase was building the 980 sq ft addition followed by the kitchen and two bathrooms. The last phase was the exterior work and it couldn't happen fast enough for this family to be able to enjoy their home fully. The modern interiors were carried throughout the renovation and the exterior work is just an extension of the work done elsewhere.
